Regulations for Returning to Study After Leave

Requirements:

Students returning from academic leave must meet the following conditions:

  • Submit a written request to the Rector, acknowledged by the Dean/Head of Study Program, in two copies.

  • The request must be accompanied by the official Academic Leave Permission Letter.

  • The application must be submitted no later than 2 (two) weeks before the semester begins.

  • Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

  • The maximum credit load for returning students is 20 credits (SKS).
