Regulations for Returning to Study Without Academic Leave

Requirements:

Students who wish to return without having previously filed for academic leave must meet the following criteria:

• The study period has not exceeded the maximum allowed duration.

• The last re-registration does not exceed 4 (four) semesters.

• The completion of the study load does not exceed the effective study period.

Procedure for Reactivation Without Leave:

• Submit a written request to the Vice Rector I for Academic Affairs, acknowledged by the Head of Study Program.

• The request must be submitted no later than 2 (two) weeks before the new semester begins to the Academic Administration Office (Counter 3) at UMP Central Office.

• Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
